300 channels of dreck

Having spent the last few weeks in a house with satellite TV, we can only hope the endless "channels" of talentless entertainment, and dumbed-down edutainment, merely reflect what the networks choose and afford to produce, rather than representing the actual taste and demands of the viewing public.

Are you paying $60-100 a month for this "service"? You can do so much better by cutting that cord. Let's all ditch our cable and satellite and fiber "TV" services. When we start doing this in droves, media companies will take notice. Then watch as more capable producers appear and aspire to fill our demand for better quality programming, cutting out the middle man and distributing media to customers more directly, via the internet!
